This clinic is for players looking to take their skills to the next level. The clinic is not designed for players with no prior baseball experience.
Leadership
Coach Jay Costantino
Jay has been coaching high school baseball since 2017 and is the Varsity Baseball Head Coach at West Bridgewater High School.
Jay has also coached American Legion Baseball for Post 147 Rockland, who won their first championship in program history during his first year as head coach in 2022. His team finished the 2022 season winning 13 out of their final 15 games on their way to a District 10 title.
In addition, Jay has worked at South Shore Baseball Club over the years coaching multiple South Shore Seadogs AAU teams, and as an instructor for summer camp and rookie league. He is currently coaching the Seadogs 13U team.
Jay can be found in the summer making stops around the South Shore offering free clinics to local baseball teams. He also volunteers his time serving as a board member for the Abington Little League.
When not on the baseball field, Jay works at the Abington Middle School and is also a local Real Estate Broker for Costantino Realty Group, a business started by his father.
Jay’s biggest passion is teaching the game he loves to local baseball players.
